Above is a picture of the calculator required for this class. (TI-36X Solar)
You can find it at may stores such as Walmart, Office Max, Staples, etc...
Please make sure you have your own to bring to class, as we will be using them for in class assignmetns and for homework.
Note: There are other models that are acceptable, such as the TI-36X and the TI-36 eco RS. Almost any Scientific Calulator will be accpeptable, but please do not get a Sony as the tools we will be utilizing in class are much more difficult to access.

Please feel free to explore the links I have provided to help you in preparation for both class and the culminating Regents Examination.
I hope that you will find this site both informational and a fun way of extending our class into your everyday lives. There will be a few assignments required in this class here on the blog, in which you will need to post comments.
I will go over registering for commenting in class, once you have registered you need to remember your username and password just as you do for your e-mail or personal blogs.
